That’s why, at the end of 2024, XPark equipped the parking areas of the multi-tenant office building De Gondel in Amstelveen with its advanced parking system. The result? An optimal parking experience for everyone.

With XPark, unauthorized parking is a thing of the past.
The fully automated and user-friendly system provides a streamlined parking solution, ensuring high satisfaction among both tenants and visitors. The area to the left of the building is specifically designated for electric vehicles, while the right side offers a well-organized and accessible parking lot for all other tenants and guests.

Future Expansions

The collaboration between Maarsen Groep and XPark goes beyond just the outdoor parking areas. Plans are in place to equip the on-site parking garage with the XPark system as well. Additionally, there is already a successful collaboration at another location in Rotterdam, with more details to be shared soon.

In addition to offering smart parking solutions, De Gondel also serves as a model of sustainability. The building is equipped with 954 solar panels, 44 charging stations, and holds an A+ energy label. With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, De Gondel is ready for the future—and XPark is proud to contribute to that vision.
