At Maarsen Groep, they understand that a well-organized parking facility offers much more than just space for cars.<\/strong>
It creates a welcoming atmosphere, increases workplace efficiency, and prevents frustration caused by unauthorized parking. That\u2019s why, at the end of 2024, XPark equipped the parking areas of the multi-tenant office building De Gondel<\/em> in Amstelveen with its advanced parking system. The result? An optimal parking experience for everyone.<\/p>\n

With XPark<\/a>, unauthorized parking is a thing of the past.<\/strong>
The fully automated and user-friendly system provides a streamlined parking solution, ensuring high satisfaction among both tenants and visitors. The area to the left of the building is specifically designated for electric vehicles, while the right side offers a well-organized and accessible parking lot for all other tenants and guests.<\/p>\n

Future Expansions<\/h3>\n

The collaboration between Maarsen Groep and XPark goes beyond just the outdoor parking areas. Plans are in place to equip the on-site parking garage with the XPark system as well. Additionally, there is already a successful collaboration at another location in Rotterdam, with more details to be shared soon.<\/p>\n

Sustainable and Forward-Thinking<\/h3>\n

In addition to offering smart parking solutions, De Gondel<\/em> also serves as a model of sustainability. The building is equipped with 954 solar panels, 44 charging stations, and holds an A+ energy label. With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, De Gondel<\/em> is ready for the future\u2014and XPark is proud to contribute to that vision.<\/p>\n
