As of June 1st, the parking company XPark continues under a new name: XPOTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

(pronounced \u201cik-spots\u201d)<\/em>. The name has changed, but the product remains the same: the go-to parking software & hardware solution for tailored parking management<\/strong>. Originally launched in 2017 as \u201cXPark\u201d by Brickyard<\/strong><\/a>\u2014a sister company known for its enforcement solutions used by municipalities across the Benelux\u2014the product combines expertise in license plate recognition and mobility technology to offer a user-friendly parking solution for multi-tenant business locations.<\/p>\n

Smart parking, reimagined<\/strong><\/h3>\n

When XPark became an independent company in 2021, it set a clear course: developing smart software to help distribute existing parking spaces as efficiently as possible. Not just focused on access, but on optimizing space usage\u2014fully tailored to the needs of the parking operator.<\/p>\n

Over time, we realized that we offer more than just parking management. We help our customers get the most out of every square meter of parking space. No longer just a parking system, but a smart, flexible space allocator<\/strong>. And that strategic shift called for a new name.<\/p>\n

Our mission? To make every parking space in the Netherlands contribute to ease of use<\/strong>, cost savings<\/strong>, and urban livability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

XPOTS focus<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Today, XPOTS primarily serves multi-tenant office buildings<\/strong> and residential complexes<\/strong>. But our vision extends beyond that. Hotels, healthcare facilities, holiday parks\u2014wherever parking is shared, XPOTS offers the solution. Whether it\u2019s for residents, guests, employees, customers, or paid parkers: we ensure that everyone entitled to a space actually gets one.<\/p>\n
